Free Home Repairs
REACH’s Community Builders Program provides free home repairs, serving elderly and disabled low-income homeowners that reside in the City of Portland. Services include home maintenance, safety and accessibility upgrades, citations and violations repair, and free AC units. Our technicians are licensed, bonded and insured. Repairs are completed by REACH staff, subcontractors, and skilled volunteers. We also make referrals to other resources. Complete an application to see if you qualify.
Eligibility: Must own your own and occupy your home in the city of Portland, be 55 or older and/or have a disability, and earn 50% of median income or less (some who earn 80% or less may qualify) See guidelines here
