Free home repair, weatherization and energy efficiency upgrades
Community Energy Project offers free in-home repairs and energy-saving upgrades to help you stay comfortable, lower your utility bills, and extend the life of your home. Our services include leak repairs, weatherization, and energy-efficient replacements such as heat pumps and water heaters.
Eligibility:
- Own and occupy their homes in the City of Portland
- Earn 50% of median income or less (situationally up to 80% MFI)
- 2025 Income Guidelines can be found HERE
- Are 55 or older and/or have a disability
