Hot off the presses! Oregon’s new Rental Home Heat Pump Program

Do you own a rental property? Oregon just launched a Rental Home Heat Pump Program to help landlords install heat pumps in rental homes. With $15M of total funding from the 2022 legislative session, funding commitments are now available. Grants are larger where tenants are low or moderate income and for more efficient systems. Bundled with other incentives, this can cover most or all of the total heat pump cost!

To participate, heat pumps must be installed by ODOE-approved contractors. Several of them will be at our Electrify Portland! event on Oct. 7th, ready to answer your questions: Sun Glow Heating & Cooling, GreenSavers, Great Northwest Installations, and The Heat Pump Store.

Friendly Reminder to apply your badges!
